I have been blessed to know Chef John Reidle for about six years. He has invited us to many family events and each time I come home with a plateful of leftovers and am AMAZED at how wonderful his talents are. He is famous for his marinades and all I can say is call him today and cater your next event; better yet, just cater all your events with John and A Private Affair Catering.
